Canton Selectmen Taps Into State Grant for Mills Pond Park Improvement

The Canton Board of Selectmen will use proposed Mills Pond Park improvements for its 2014 Small Town Economic Assistant Program grant application.


The program grants towns up to $500,000 in funding to support capital improvement projects. The board of selectmen has outlined a list of costs to score funding: Refurbish the pool house building, resurfacing and crack repair, total renovation of skatepark, and park planning and master plan design services.
