Hill-Stead Museum Obtains State Bonds for Maintenance Projects

Agency - State Bond Commission

The Hill-Stead Museum receives $501,500 in bonds to fund its energy efficiency improvements and maintenance projects.


The funding support will enable the museum to cut costs, according to State Rep. Brian Becker. The projects to be funded include conversion to natural gas, roof replacement, chimney repairs, completion of a fire suppression system, general repairs and parking lot improvements.
