The allocatee will use its NMTC allocation to provide loan and equity capital investments in two specific real estate development projects, one located in Boston and the other in Falmouth, Massachusetts. The subsidy provided by the NMTCs will make the commercial space to be developed more affordable to the end users, thereby allowing non-profits and other community organizations to remain in the low-income communities that they serve.
