New Bedford Economic Development Council, Inc. (NBEDC) will use the award to fund technology improvements, with new computing systems and software. This will provide efficiency gains and service improvements for existing programs, and allow NBEDC to expand its services in commercial real estate and assist in inner-city revitalization.
