The Lowell Community Loan Fund (LCLF) is a nonprofit, start up, affiliated with the Coalition for a Better Acre, a developer of affordable housing and commercial real estate. LCLF proposes to provide technical and financial assistance to encourage community development through its housing and business loan programs. The LCLF proposes to primarily serve low-income individuals and economically disadvantaged communities in the City of Lowell and County of Middlesex, Massachusetts.
