RCAP Solutions Financial Services Inc. is nonprofit loan fund in operation since 2003. It is a certified CDFI that provides affordable housing and small business services in Central Massachusetts for low income individuals, families, and small businesses. RCAP Solutions Finanical Services, Inc. will use the FY09 Technical Assistance grant to: 1) fund staff salaries, 2) procure a market analysis, and 3) obtain hardware and software to better serve its Target Market, improve loan portfolio management, and collect key community impact data.
