Worcester Community Housing Resources Securities (WCHR Securities) is a non-profit corporation. It was incorporated in June of 1994 to operate a revolving loan fund program. WCHR Securities provides lending and financing services to low-income homebuyers and homeowners and small business owners in Worcester County Massachusetts.
