Community Neighborhood Housing Services (CNHS), a certified CDFI and chartered by the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation as a Neighborworks Organization, is a nonprofit entity established in 1980 to promote community development through consumer education and lending for affordable housing development in St. Paul, Minnesota.
