The mission of Great Neighborhoods! Development Corporation (GNDC) is to create vibrant commercial destinations in resurgent Minneapolis neighborhoods. GNDC has a three-part commercial real estate strategy: (i) Strategic Tenant Selection; (ii) Design for Safety; and (iii) Police-Community Partnership. GNDC will use its NMTC Allocation to fund the Broadway Business Center (BBC), a three-story 60,000 SF retail/office building that will house a bank branch, a community-police safety center, a sit-down restaurant, a community college satellite, and a legal clinic.
