Minnesota Chippewa Tribal Housing Corporation (MCTHC) received a Native American Technical Assistance grant in the amount of $79,450 to obtain: consulting services to design a small business loan product and develop related lending policies and procedures; staff training in small business lending; computer technology for staff; staff salary for the development of business and capitalization plans; and for the development of legal documents.
