NACTA (2002) - $50,000

The Fund"s award, a $50,000 technical assistance grant, will enable CRF and a team of consultants to provide strategic planning, program design and skill-building technical assistance to help establish a new CDFI that would serve the Yavapai-Apache Nation in Cape Verde, Arizona. The technical assistance will be provided to the Yavapai-Apache Nation as a first step in the establishment of a Yavapai-Apache Nation Loan Fund. The Loan Fund is expected to provide financing for tribal members" small business start-ups on the reservation.
