Darter Benefits from Small Business Express Program

Darter Specialties Inc. was awarded with a $42,500 state grant made possible by the Small Business Express Program. The program aims to provide small capital infusions to small businesses in Connecticut to create or retain jobs and support the local economy.


The grant money will be used to construct and launch online, fully-interactive e-commerce website and to purchase a new embroidery machine.
