VEDC provides technical and micro and small business loans and training in Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties. VEDC will use the FY07 Technical Assistance grant in the Pacoima community to: 1) support a new Business Development Officer; 2) pay for staff training in economic development finance; 3) purchase a computer and printer; and 4) cover the costs of producing loan-related materials.
