Lowe Economic Development Company, LLC (LEDC) will bring quality real estate redevelopment to low-income and underserved communities in California. LEDC will invest in mixed-use (commercial, retail and community-benefit) transactions that are the highest priority for the communities, many of which have been years in the making with a host of community stakeholders. LEDC will use its NMTC allocation to offer debt with equity features and/or subordinated debt at deeply discounted rates in order to fill gaps in project financing.
