Big Pine Paiute Economic Development Corporation (Big Pine Paiute EDC) is an emerging Native CDFI established in 2006. It provides community and economic development services along with business loans to the Big Pine Paiute Tribe of California. Big Pine Paiute EDC will use its FY 2009 NACA Technical Assistance award to: 1) support staff salary to develop loan products, underwriting processes, and other lending related activities; 2) attend trainings to provide the organization with skill set necessary to implement IDA and lending products; and 3) procure computers and software necessary to implement all of its proposed lending activities
