Established in 1997, The Neighborhood National Bank (NNB) is a CDFI that serves low and moderate-income communities in San Diego County, California. The only CDFI-certified bank in Southern California, Neighborhood National Bank is a full-service bank providing deposit and credit products to a diverse customer base. The Bank focuses on lending to small businesses, for-profit and nonprofit real estate developers, as well as providing home mortgage loans. NNB received a Technical Assistance grant in the amount of $164,600 to obtain consulting services for a market study prior to launching a new loan product, new computer technology for employees, compliance training, and redesign of its website.
