WNC will focus its activities on the states of California, New Jersey, and in the New York City metropolitan area. An estimated 80% of its activities will be targeted to urban areas, 10% of its activities will be targeted to suburban areas, and 10% of its activities will be targeted to rural areas.

NMTC (2008) - $35,000,000

WNC National Community Development Advisors, LLC (WNC) will pursue investments in retail, office and commercial real estate QALICBs that are in highly distressed areas with an above average poverty rate. The QALICB must provide a material impact to the community in terms of generating permanent full time jobs that benefit the residents of the low-income community. WNC will deploy both equity and debt products that are flexible and non-traditional, and is looking to improve upon its current activities by providing greater product options, including loan to values of 95 percent and higher; heavily discounted rates on subordinate debt; and non-traditional forms of collateral.



NMTC (2006) - $40,000,000

WNC National Community Development Advisors expects to invest equity in and/or make loans to finance the development of office, retail, industrial, commercial real estate projects and/or for-sale single family homes. It will deploy both equity and debt products that are flexible and non-traditional in form and that are designed to meet the needs of its targeted underserved communities. WNC hopes to expand its operations to serve a national market.



NMTC (2002) - $50,000,000

The Allocatee will deploy both equity and debt products that are flexible and non-traditional in form, for real estate development and rehabilitation, including office, retail, industrial, hotel, and for-sale single family homes. The organization believes the NMTC Program will enable it to expand the volume of its activities and the types of products and services it offers, and to better target its transactions to particularly economically distressed areas.
